WHAT PEOPLE SAY
"I lost my new job in March 2020 due to Covid-19’s impact on the Events industry.
The way my previous employer handled the situation wasn’t professional so I felt that I needed to seek advice from a HR perspective.
Caroline stepped in and helped me understand my rights as an employee. The employer said that they couldn’t ‘offer’ me the position within the company anymore even though there was already a signed contract in place. With no mention of payment, I was in fact owed notice pay as per my contract. Caroline advised me of this and assisted me every step of the way during the dialogue with my employer to address the issue.
I am now receiving my notice pay which is providing some financial relief in the current times!
Caroline also helped me take a proactive step by looking at my current skill set and where I could transfer into another sector. I now have a slick and professional CV, I’m registered with top recruiters and I’m being put forward for roles during a crisis where I didn’t think it would be possible to find work for a while.
I highly recommend Caroline’s services to put things right when it goes wrong."
